My husband has pretty advanced degenerative disc disease and has recently resorted to sleeping on the floor or his recliner. Can’t afford to buy a new bed, but I’m 42 and can’t afford to beat up my body every single night. When we left for two weeks, almost ALL of my pain disappeared. I was never even informed to use only a platform style bed when we bought it, or I definitely would have. The other thing is that it is a king size bed on a metal frame with 13 4” slats. Any suggestions at all on how to show the worn out rubber grid? So there are some coffee stains on that one that I attempted to spot clean but are still pretty apparent. NOT the zip up one it comes with, that they say NOT to remove but to spot clean only. We took our mattress cover off within the first 6 months bc it held too much HEAT. I’m trying to figure out how to show them these indentations where my hip sinks to the bottom in these pics they’ve requested. I started the claim process on my original purple mattress bought new from manufacturer in 2019. side note, they told me the older purple mattresses had glue issues and my problem isnt something new that just began, they were well aware of the issue. Thought some people here might want to know. Have to give it to purple, they were great on working with me all the way through and through. i was nervous i would need tons of pics and proof, BUT they really were willing to work with me.Ģ weeks later I now have a new mattress. I contacted purple and they were super polite. was not the pillow because i took the pillow with me on this vacation. come back home bang it began all over again. my model was an older one.Īfter going away on vacation and sleeping on a different bed I saw my back was not hurting anymore. had the purple for about 5/6 years and originally it was great.
